Export-Grade Aquaculture Infrastructure
This project required a leak-proof, UV-resistant, aquaculture-ready liner system for 8 large-scale breeding ponds serving the export market. A case-study format like this helps present project scope, challenge, and outcome clearly for potential clients reviewing technical work.[web:92][web:95]
The client needed a highly durable and leak-proof system for 8 breeding ponds, with zero tolerance for water loss, UV degradation, or material risk to delicate fish fry.
We supplied and installed Jumbo Tarps 240 GSM Blue Liners, custom-cut to 30ft x 30ft for each pond. The selected grade offered strong puncture resistance and anti-aging performance for harsh sun exposure.
The farm is now fully operational and supplying export-grade fish with confidence. The project demonstrates Jumbo Tarps’ reliability in high-value aquaculture and export-focused operations.
Urban Infrastructure & Renovation
In a dense urban construction environment, the priority was fast deployment, dependable coverage, and protection against dust, debris, rain, and UV exposure.
The Galadari site demanded lightweight but durable protective covers that could be deployed quickly while still standing up to weather, dust, and active site conditions.
We supplied 120 GSM Blue Construction Grade Tarps, selected for their balance of flexibility and tear resistance. The covers were used to protect machinery, materials, and critical work areas.
Our tarps helped protect high-value site assets and support smoother renovation progress through changing weather conditions during one of Colombo’s major hotel upgrade projects.
Sensitive Species Aquaculture (Molly Fish)
This project focused on ornamental fish breeding, where water purity and non-toxic material performance were critical for fry health and breeding stability.
Molly fish breeding required a liner that was durable, UV-resistant, and safe for aquatic life, with no chemical leeching into the water.
We supplied Jumbo Tarps 180 GSM Blue Ornamental Grade Tarps, custom-cut to fit the client’s tank structures and create a clean, reliable, leak-proof breeding environment.
The facility now maintains stable, high-yield Molly fish production, with strong water quality and dependable liner performance supporting ongoing commercial breeding.
